We are currently looking for a high energy, self-motivated, organized individual for Data Entry Position. J. Banks Design is an award-winning design firm of over 55 associates working globally in both the residential and hospitality sectors. This is an exciting ground floor opportunity to join a fast-growing company implementing a major software upgrade.
This position requires more than the ability to add data to spreadsheets. Our ideal candidate will have excellent data manipulation skills. Working in excel applying filters, sorting columns, and recognizing connections between similar rows of data. This position is full time and will work with our creative team on Hilton Head Island, SC. and be responsible for updating spreadsheets daily based upon emails received and a set of rules created for the current project. Local Applicants Only
A partial list of job duties includes the following:
· Clear effective communication and documentation of questions. These questions will be answered in one-on-one meetings.
· Knowledge and experience of applying filters in excel.
· Ability to perform searches through multiple worksheets to find matches.
· Able to use keyboard shortcuts for copying, cutting, pasting, searching is a must as these functions will be used very frequently throughout your day.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma
· Exceptional knowledge of computer systems and software
· Experience in Excel to include: lookups, pivot tables and formulas
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively independently.
· Be punctual in attendance and dependable in performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
