Job Description
Job description
Float Health is a marketplace connecting nurses with home medication visits. We are a startup that is agile, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to make healthcare safer, easier, and more efficient by moving visits out of the hospital and into the home.
We are expanding our Operations team and are looking for someone with extensive healthcare experience such as an MA, LVN, or RN who…
...has an insane eye for detail (review incoming orders, identify issues, chart reviews)
...finds customer service second nature (we love our nurses, pharmacies, and patients)
...is a comprehensive thinker (tackles problems from all angles)
...gets a thrill out of juggling a variety of tasks but prioritizes to execute
…is proactive in executing tasks and identifying concerns; jumps in and takes charge when they see a need
...loves collaborating with a team as much as working independently
…is always willing to lend a hand and take on small projects in order to boost team productivity
…enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can quickly adapt when changes are implemented
We are looking for the perfect team member to join our team in September!
