RenoSys Corporation has been a proud industry leader and forethinking in developing PVC and stainless-steel pool systems. We have been providing cost-effective solutions in municipalities, military bases, high-rise buildings, YMCAs, schools, private clubs, and hotels in every US state. Our customers include pool operators in public and commercial sectors, as well as architects, engineers, and designers.
The Field Crew Supervisor will manage the day-to-day field operations of the assigned work team. The field supervisor’s responsibilities include on-site coordination with customer, setting daily goals to achieve on time completion, QC of the crew’s work, on-site material management and maintaining project documentation. Successful candidate should also be able to train new employees and mentor field staff.
This position will travel for extensive periods of time and manage the on-site project in various states across the United States.
Field Crew Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Liaising with project management teams to ensure that the project is completed on time.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Ensure products and materials needed for the project are delivered timely and are on-site.
- Must have an understanding of the scope of work and processing any necessary change orders.
- Plan and prepare daily work schedule for crew.
- Participate in the construction of the project, including any necessary concrete and/or plumbing implementation
- Managing the work schedules and directing field staff.
- Reviewing and approving field staff time on site.
- Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
- Communicate with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce all safety policies.
- Reviewing project progress to make sure that deadlines are met.
Field Crew Supervisor Requirements:
- Must be proficient in all aeras of construction concrete, including laying and pouring.
- Strong proficiency in plumbing.
- A minimum of High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in supervising field operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is helpful.
- The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
