This position is located at our Clifton Springs Health Center.

Job Responsibilities
Under general supervision, performs administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of the clinician on duty. Handles back-office duties which include taking and recording vital signs, measuring heights and weights, confirming purpose of visit, documenting medical histories, maintaining medical records, preparing patients for examination and assisting the provider during examination as needed. Maintain exam rooms with supplies, set up exam rooms for procedures and cleaning between patients. Performing hearing/vision screenings. Phlebotomy and performing basic laboratory tests, preparing laboratory specimens to be sent for processing. Using autoclave to sterilize instruments. The salary for this position is $31,200.00 annually/ Job Code HCT101/ Pay Grade F.
Minimum Qualifications
Vocational/Technical degree in medical assisting from an accredited college AND One year of related experience OR High school diploma or GED AND Two years of related experience.
