Job Description: Employee Relations Specialist
Department: Human Resources Job Status: Full-Time Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Monday - Friday | 1st Shift | 7AM -3:45PM
POSITION SUMMARY
Perform various Human Resources activities. The ideal candidate will have strong written, oral, communication, organization, and facilitation skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Offering counseling services to employees.
· Participating in termination processes.
· Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
· Conducting exit interviews.
· Collecting and analyzing employee data.
· Adhering to regulatory standards.
· Employee orientation and training follow-up.
· Liaising between employees and management.
· Managing employee complaints.
· Performs all other duties as necessary for the effectiveness of the Huntsville office
EDUCATION:
Associates degree or 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources or Employee Relations.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Windows, HRIS systems, MS Office programs, and applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
