Job Description
Conducts planning, day-to-day management, and decision making in support of DMAC program to meet product delivery, quality, and cost goals.
Reviews user and/or technical requirements, identifies tasks, assigns and coordinates resources, and supervises the creation and tracking of project schedules.
Provides management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor and subcontractor support personnel and to satisfy all requirements identified in the PWS. Plans, manages, and reports progress of all work.
Oversees the work breakdown structure, risk management, quality assurance, and change control.
Supervises staff and manages budget, schedules, and project operations.
Ensures availability and proper allocation of required resources.
Serves as liaison with program/project sponsor, customers, and other stakeholders.
Provides leadership, guidance, management, and quality assurance, in coordination with the PM, for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO. Works with the PM to supervise ongoing technical efforts and manage performance.
Anticipates Government needs and assists its work force transformation by providing crisis-ready, and flexible force capabilities.
