LOCATION: Wild Horse Pass Corporate Center
COMPENSATION: $61,000- $72,000; Annually
HOURS OF WORK: Full-Time,
FLSA STATUS: Exempt

REPORTS TO: General Manager
Position Summary:
The Administrative Services Manager will support the executive management of Wild Horse Pass Development Authority ("WHPDA") with high- level organizational skills, reviews, and analyzes administrative department systems and controls. Assist executive management with a broad range of administrative skills that allow organizations under WHPDA to operate efficiently.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, and training sessions for executive management.
Collecting, organizing, and storing information using digital and hard copy filing systems for WHPDA.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards organizational goals.
Oversees the acquisition, distribution, and storage of company supplies and shared support services such as mailing, printing, and copying; security; and cleaning and maintenance.
Creates and administers budgets for supplies and office equipment.
Develop, analyze, review, and implement administrative department systems and controls.
Assist with establishing and enforcing departmental policies, guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
Assist upper management and Human Resources with coordinating performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Identifies opportunities for cost savings in assigned areas; recommends policy or process changes as needed.
Prepares and reviews contracts for equipment, supplies, materials, services, and products.
Prepares organizational wide reports for executive management.
Oversees the disposal of unclaimed or surplus property.
Supports other related, varying needs of assigned departments and staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications - Education & Work Experience:
Associate degree in business administration or related field.
Six (6) years of providing executive administrative level assistance.
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a highs school diploma or GED.
Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and provide proof of past driving record for thirty-nine (39) months from the Department of Motor Vehicles. GRIC driver's permit will be required, drive certification needed to drive all community vehicles.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen prior to assuming position.
Must acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace as a condition of employment.
Knowledge and experience working with the Gila River Indian Community or other Native American Community preferred
