Job Description
SUMMARY
The Data Entry Clerk is an entry level position that will be responsible for the accurate and timely entering of the historical pilot training record into the FAA Pilot Record Database.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to:
Audit actual paper copies of the historical records and enter data from pilot training records in the FAA Pilot Record Database.
File and store records after completion for archival purposes.
Provide weekly reports of progress in meeting timeline for entering records.
Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and handling routine correspondence.
Adhere to company policies and applicable federal regulations
Other duties as required.
Must perform with the highest level and attention to detail.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS/MEASUREMENTS.
Must accurately enter and store all information in accordance with responsibilities and duties of the position.
Must have an all-around sense of knowledge and understanding of company procedures pertaining to job function.
Must attain established work standards of quantity and quality of consistent basis by process or function.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or CERTIFICATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Strong knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least one year of general office experience and Data Entry required.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience using MS Office, Outlook, and Word. (preferred
SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
Strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Computer literacy and numerical aptitude.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
