Job Description
The Front Desk Coordinator interacts with internal and external customers, often responsible for customers’ first impression of RxBenefits. This role is responsible for performing a variety of support duties including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, relaying messages, handling deliveries and providing support for other departments as assigned. This role also performs general clerical and office support functions and assists area personnel as necessary.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
Answer the telephones courteously, respond to inquiries as appropriate, and direct calls to appropriate parties and/or take accurate messages
Greet and guide visitors to the office, provide visitor badges, and maintain visitor log for compliance purposes
Provide clerical support to various lines of business as assigned
Maintain, schedule, and set-up conference rooms for internal and external meetings; set up room for meetings with all required items (IT, food and beverage, handouts, etc.)
Monitor, receive and distribute faxes
Receive and sign for all incoming packages
Coordinate arrangements for breakfast/lunch/dinner meetings inside the office, including ordering, receiving, set-up and clean up
Assist in the preparation of expense reports, calendar management, and email communication as requested
Assist with the coordination and execution of company events
All other assigned duties
Required Skills / Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior front office, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Able to work with minimum supervision
Strong time management skills
Should be customer-service driven
Proficiency with MS Office Word and Outlook
Ability to utilize Excel and PowerPoint
Concur experience preferred but not required
Able to multi-task
