POSITION SUMMARY
Data Entry clerks perform entry level and routine data entry verification tasks and related clerical duties. Validation of client criteria of legal documents in the company’s care, custody and control. Resource person for the team.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Ability to perform all Data Entry Operator I functions
Ability to work well with others
Ability to make sound judgment decisions in reference to workflow and staff
Resource person for the team
Send and receive correspondence via email mailbox
Navigate website for offsite storage of Documents including uploading Data, retrievals and pickups
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have 1-2 yrs. previous experience
AA degree or higher preferred
Experience in industry can be substituted
MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Mastered all Data Entry I skills
Must have very good keying and computer skills
Must be willing to work and assist in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to train staff on various functions
Must have Excell spreadsheet and Word skills
Ability to work reports
Ability to relay problems and issues to management
Ability to offer suggestions for improved methods for process flows.
Must be able to send Iron Mountain shipments
Must be flexible
