Job Description
Resort Vacations, Inc., a leader in the Vacation Ownership industry is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry clerk to join our growing team in our Houston Marketing Office under the direction of the Marketing Director.

Job Purpose:
To perform a wide variety of routine clerical work in support of the office manager and primarily data entry support of event bookings.
The primary responsibilities of the Data Entry position will include but not limited to research, contact, and enter sometimes high volumes of booking data that is received from OPC agents in the field. Other duties will include submitting check requests and processing CSR's payroll processing and schedules.
Hours:
The position will typically work Friday-Monday working part time hours.
Communication skills:
The Data Entry clerk should possess superior written and verbal communication skills and thrive in an environment dealing with different people. Excellent computer skills excel/word are mandatory.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
