Description:
Summary/Objective: Responsible for reviewing, updating, and processing timesheet and related information to ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate payments for members of the Personal Care Attendant program on a daily basis. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and FI contract requirements. Assist in interdepartmental communications concerning payroll issues.
This role is hybrid 2 days in office and 3 days home. Monday - Friday 830am - 430pm.
Alternate schedule available including Sundays.
Essential Functions
Review, Enter/Update and Process Timesheet data
Review, Enter/Update and Process Ancillary data to prepare payroll files for daily processing
Research and Process issues via in-house Communications tool
E-mail other Fiscal Intermediaries in regards to Overlapping Hours across Consumers
Review and Process e-mails and faxes
Complete Outgoing Calls for Long Term Care Facilities
All other duties assigned by the Payroll Management Supervisor

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
