POSITION SUMMARY
\*Please note that this is an OVERNIGHT position, with an 11 PM to 7 AM schedule\*
The Data Entry Coordinator’s primary focus is providing data entry support to the Project Supervisor/Manager and overall project team. They must have excellent data entry skills.
This individual is expected to foster a collaborative work environment. It is essential that this person has excellent judgment and discretion when interacting with others and in managing information. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, able to multitask, strong computer skills including Adobe, Outlook, and Excel, and has strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepares source data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Communicate with contractors and enter data into program database and/or Excel.
- Production tracking
- Responsible for assuring daily invoices are entered in a prompt, timely, and accurate manner.
- Gathering relevant information from clients.
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Creating accurate spreadsheets.
- Entering and updating information in Prism.
- Ensuring data is backed up and accessible, when needed.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Provide administrative support for the leadership team by providing a myriad of support tasks to successfully meet project goals.
- Compile reports on Excel, including production reports.
- Track progress against production sites on wall maps.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must be a self-starter, able to produce with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in a construction or related industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
