Job Description
Seeking a motivated IT professional with solid Tier I Helpdesk Support and System Administrator experience. The right candidate will have a background with Windows 10 and CompTIA A+ Certificates.
This position requires an active DoD Secret clearance.
This is an In-office position in Washington D.C. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
Salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 is based on experience and technical interview
Tier I Level Support duties & responsibilities:
Provided system administrator support for state-side and overseas user community
Create and manage user accounts and security groups via Active Directory
Create, manage, and maintain email accounts and mailboxes via Exchange Admin Center
Conducted multifunction printer configuration and print server management
Manage access controls and file security for agency network shares
Utilize Windows PowerShell scripting for AD and Exchange server management
Effectively collaborate with other teams within IT infrastructure to reach project goals
Facilitating with IT Modernization project initiatives with systems testing and stability monitoring
Education/certifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
CompTIA Network+/ CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
Microsoft certifications preferred.
