Job Description
SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We are looking for custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.

Responsibilities
Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)
Maintain garbage route throughout the site
Maintain recycled blue bins daily
Work with Shift Lead nightly on specific details
Maintain the stairs nightly sweep and wipe down handrails
Refill Water Stations which include 5-gallon containers using safety guidelines
On certain nights use Imop to help the PM crew
Able to assist Shift Lead on any misc. requests through the night
Qualifications
Custodial experience is preferred but not required
Passing a drug test will be required
Able to lift 5 gallons
Able to lift large garbage bags
Able to walk up and down stairs
Available Shift: 11am-3pm
Compensation: The starting pay rate for this position is $14.00 per hour
