Job Description
e-merge inc. provides IT services, website design, Hosted IP telephone systems, and video surveillance for small businesses in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Provide helpdesk support for client’s computer networks. Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365, network software, and network hardware (routers, switches, wireless APs, servers, PCs, laptops, scanners, and printers).
After orientation, Job responsibilities will also include scheduling onsite engineers, ordering and receiving hardware, and project management.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
High level of customer relationship skills.
Windows server experience.
Microsoft 365 experience.
At least 3-year service desk/help desk experience preferred.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.
