Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to our field crews and office staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self motivated, and the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently. The Support Specialist will engage with crews on a daily bases, and move equipment and supplies. The right applicant will receive a company vehicle.
Duties
- Conduct daily site visits and provide necessary support.
- Move equipment and for supplies as needed.
- Maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping and data management.
