Job Description
- Conducts key control testing, analyzes relevant test results, and acts on failures to identify the root cause to reduce likelihood of recurrence.
- Coordinates key operational risk and control testing within OZK Technology and other operational business units to validate each are designed and operating effectively and provide adequate documentation and reporting to senior management.
- Serves as a liaison with Operational Risk Management (ORM) to manage risk and control self-assessments (RCSA).
- Assists business partners and OZK Technology in the creation and modification of procedural documentation.
- Performs annual user access reviews for identified applications.
- Assists leadership and business units with preparing and gathering materials for internal/external auditors.
- Stays abreast of pertinent industry practices, skills, and regulatory concerns.
- Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives while being adaptable to changing priorities.
- Produces accurate, detailed, and timely work while meeting commitments and following policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with Bank OZK and internal/external regulatory policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Regularly exercises discretion and judgement in the performance of essential job functions.
- Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
- Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations with a working knowledge of those laws and regulations related to bank protection.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software and servers, CyberSecurity activities, and Identity Access Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative to accomplish work objectives.
- Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent, required; Associate degree or commensurate work experience, preferred.
- 1+ year of work experience in Information Technology or Information Security environment, OR 1 year of work experience in IT Audit or other risk and compliance role, required.
- Professional certification related to operational risk management or willing to achieve within the first 24 months, required.
- Banking or financial institution experience, preferred.
