Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the HR Administrative Assistant is to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources and Front Desk teams. This position involves delivering essential administrative and management services that contribute to the overall direction and operation of all agency divisions. Working in a highly confidential environment, this role is integral to supporting various human resource functions, including but not limited to:
- Phone coverage support
- Making reminder calls as needed
- Addressing basic billing and invoice questions
- Offering billing support and processing credit card payments
- Insurance verifications
- Scanning and file organization
- Assisting with job postings and recruitment support
- Supporting onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Additional administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team
