Human Resources Manager
Are you a dynamic Human Resources professional with a broad range of generalist experience, including payroll processing and management? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. This role is pivotal in maintaining our company's culture while ensuring operational excellence in HR functions.

Duties:
- Serve as the face of the organization.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and employee relations matters.
- Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to support strategic HR initiatives and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on payroll administration and generalist responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes. Experience with Paylocity a plus.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging training programs that drive employee development and performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and upbeat attitude.
- Experience in employee relations and ability to mediate conflict and reach agreeable resolutions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
