What You Will Spark at Amplify:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced University Relations and Outreach Recruiter to join our team. This position will be responsible for outreach and university relations in order to attract and identify early career talent. This role focuses on attracting and engaging talent from diverse backgrounds, particularly recent graduates and early career professionals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building relationships through strategic outreach and recruitment initiatives, including campus recruitment, career fairs and partnerships with educational institutions. Being able to think outside the box to identify high potential partnerships and talent opportunities will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract early career talent.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, including Universities and Colleges, and community organizations.
- Manage the recruitment process for early career positions, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and candidate-friendly experience.
- Conduct interviews and assess a candidate’s qualifications for the organization.
- Coordinate and participate in campus and community career fairs, workshops and informational sessions.
- Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts and candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate and manage campus internship programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and understand hiring needs to develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Ensure that recruitment efforts attract a diverse talent pool and that opportunities are accessible to all employees.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR Certification (eg: SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 5+ years of previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an early career or outreach role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating candidate profiles and recruitment metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms for recruitment purposes; experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
