Job Description
We are looking to add an HR/Recruitment assistant to our team! The HR/Recruitment Assistant will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping build a strong, skilled team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Hours: Monday through Friday day shift (9a to 6p or 8a to 5p)
Location: 3405 NW Federal Hwy, Jensen Beach, FL 34957
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Candidate Sourcing: Screen resumes, identify qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including preparation of interview materials and candidate communication.
- Onboarding: Support new hire onboarding process by preparing orientation materials, conducting pre-employment screenings, and ensuring new employees have a smooth transition.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, candidate communications, and employee files.
- Compliance Support: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed, including benefits administration, employee relations, and general HR inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
