Job Summary: This position provides administrative support and facilitation of HR functions and processes. Responsible for full cycle recruiting, HR policies, processes, and practices, research and data analysis, and customer service functions for employees.
Reports To:
· Human Resources Director
Essential Functions:
· Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies for open positions.
· Manages onboarding/offboarding process.
· Responsible for employee orientation, development, and training.
· Process, monitor, and complete workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
· Oversea FMLA, LOA and ADA requirements and administration
· Advise, coach, and develop managers and supervisors on ways to engage and retain employees consistently and effectively.
· Build engagement through all levels of the organization and resolve employee concerns effectively.
· Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
· Research and data analysis of HR policies, processes and practices recommending changes to HR Director.
· Assists with a wide variety of administrative tasks including: benefits, payroll, HRIS entry, scheduling meetings/trainings/events, retirement plans, compensation plans, and special projects.
· Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and reports while meeting deadlines.
· Oversea benefits administration, rewards/recognition programs, events, and other HR functions.
· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
· Strong written/oral communication skills and effective presentation abilities. Ability to communicate difficult or complex subject matters to diverse groups
· Skilled in active listening, time management, organizational skills, managing multiple tasks, following through, and relationship building
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Establishes strong relationships with executives, staff, clients, outside agencies, organizations, and individuals
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS and recruitment platforms
Education and Experience:
· 2 years related HR experience required
· 2 years recruiting/onboarding experience required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
