About 3DE by Junior Achievement
3DE by Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming high school education. 3DE is the newest innovation from JA that has been created to transform high school education. 3DE was designed and implemented in partnership with school districts to make high school more relevant, experiential, and connected to the real world through project-based learning, case methodology, and competency development. Our goal is to prepare students for the demands of tomorrow's economy, providing them with the opportunity for a choice-filled life.
Role Overview: 3DE Senior Director
The 3DE Senior Director leads the school-based teams to ensure the effective implementation of the 3DE model in partnership with school leadership. This role involves managing 3DE school directors, providing consistent feedback and support, and ensuring resources are available for model fidelity. The Senior Director supports school directors in achieving operational targets, building a positive school culture, and aligning strategic priorities. As a key member of the local 3DE leadership team, the Senior Director uses data and feedback to inform strategy and build a strong local 3DE product team. The 3DE Senior Director serves as a thought partner for the school directors, providing support to proactively address challenges and strengthen local relationships.
Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and evaluate school directors, providing regular coaching and guidance.
- Be present onsite at schools to build credibility and promote understanding of the 3DE model.
- Support the development of a culture focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and celebrating success.
- Collaboratively plan with school leadership and teammates to identify school goals, align priorities, and develop action plans.

Model Implementation:
- Work with schools to develop systems to build teacher awareness and capacity to integrate and own their success.
- Support schools in building student outreach/enrollment processes and partner with the school team to meet target enrollment numbers.
- Work with schools to proactively schedule and prepare for community/business partner engagement.

Strategic Planning & Improvement:
- Monitor quality assurance data to inform planning and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to further integrate school team to streamline resources
- Serve as a liaison between the schools, JA leadership, and the district, ensuring critical infrastructure supports effective implementation.
Desired Experience

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Leadership Experience:
- Prior experience in educational leadership or a related field. (e.g., administration, department chair).

Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Experience using data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Relationship Building:
- Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of stakeholders.

Time Management:
- Experience organizing multiple projects and competing priorities while effectively managing time
Job Details
- Location: Junior Achievement of Central Florida
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000; commensurate with experience
- Reports To: Head of 3DE
