Job Description
Time for an exciting change? Do you like independence and the opportunity to work on your own, as well as a team? Do you want to work for an industry leader? Due to our tremendous growth, BE'S Refreshments, NE Wisconsin's premier refreshments company, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our family! This position is customer-facing and requires driving our company vehicle up to 50% of the 8-hour shift (home every afternoon).
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand all aspects of micro-markets
- Communicate and collaborate with appropriate departments daily via email, phone, and our software programs
- "Hype Team" for new markets – actively approach customers to setup accounts and teach them how to download and use the app
- Present a friendly and professional attitude at all times
- Take accurate count of all inventory in each market and input into our software system using a handheld device
- Check expiration dates on all items and remove any damaged or expired product
- Reorganize, rearrange, straighten, and face product to ensure aesthetic appeal
- Aid in the proper execution of new installs, resets, and changes
- Read, evaluate, and assist in building planograms
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an excellent, clean driving record over the past 3(+) years
- Must be comfortable approaching and speaking with large groups of people
- Prior and proven exceptional customer service required, must be willing to go above and beyond
- Prior merchandising or inventory experience highly preferred, but not required
- Excellent with computers/smartphones/software or quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend and twist at the waist, climb, and reach above shoulders repetitively over the 8-hour shift
- Must be able to pull, push, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
