Job Description

Your Role
- Participate in Luxury Experience Planning and Discussion Meetings
- Manage the Private Client Experience Client Submission Form. Acknowledging submission receipts to stores and presenting client opportunities to the internal department for review and next steps
- Assist in logistical coordination for all clients confirmed to participate in Private Client Experiences
- Direct contact with Private Clients to kick-off each experience and follow up until departure; this includes direct email/phone communication with clients to ensure clear communication, make any necessary logistical changes and update agendas accordingly
- Manage and Publish Seasonal Experience Calendar in NM Digest, bi-weekly
- Responsible for Private Client Experience Sales Tracking File, to ensure confirmed orders are captured, special order cancellations are updated and/or any additional changes are tracked
- Responsible for Spend Management Tracking, inclusive of Client Experience expense report weekly submissions
- Seasonal Support for Special Orders during Fashion Month – Includes order detail gathering, formatting, order follow-up and confirmations from experience participating stores
