JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced, responsible, highly self-motivated, adaptable individual with commitment to excellence and the desire to contribute to the continuous growth of our company. This position will report to the Systems Coordinator.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
1. Prepare budgets
2. Assist with proposals
3. Dispatch backup
4. Prepare weekly job reports
5. Track purchase orders and contracts
6. Support Managers – tracking time, billing
7. Liaison between the two offices
8. HVAC assistance – planning, ordering and assembling invoices
9. Assessment support and backup
10. Management reports
11. Administration of Customer Database – billing rates, renewals, questions etc.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE
1. Proficient typing skills required
2. Strong computer knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. Customer service background
4. High attention to detail along with good organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
5. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
6. Good written and oral communication skills
7. Experience with answering phones and front office duties
8. Other duties as assigned by General Manager
Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.
