As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Guard with a background in customer service to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and prevent security breaches.
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Complete detailed incident reports and report any unusual incidents or suspicious activities.
- Handle conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required and follow proper protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain impeccable appearance/groomed in Narrow Security Uniform
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service training or experience is a definite plus.
- Valid New Jersey SORA License.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
