Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and approachable manner
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule drives for students
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial transactions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
