Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide assistance to the field to ensure invoices are entered correctly so sales numbers, payments received, and commissions are recorded accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Record any payroll, credit card fees, etc. Journal Entries in QuickBooks – As needed when they arrive (Daily)
- Download all bank and financial transactions from previous day and reconcile that against the recorded transaction in Sycle to make sure they match – Daily
- Reconcile the main checking account for both companies to ensure the payments I posted have been recorded accurately – Daily
- Sync info from our software in QuickBooks and review/correct any errors – Daily
- Review 50% Deposit report and email distribution list for any offenders – Daily
- Post payments is QuickBooks to match the previous days transactions – Daily
- Process tickets for any invoice error/corrections – Daily
- Process credit card, AllWell and Care Credit Refunds – Weekly
- Process Commission – Bi-weekly
- Reconcile all bank accounts – Monthly
- Contact the stores regarding any open balances - Monthly
- Sycle verses QuickBooks comparison for transaction accuracy (shared responsibility with Accounting Manager) -Monthly
- Investigate and respond to credit card disputes – As needed
- Setup finance logins – As needed
- Scan checks into the bank – As needed
- Help with monthly closings that include Cost of Sales, Battery shipments, commission allocation
- Assist in special team projects-as needed
