Why does the job exist?
The Financial Analyst - Advanced will:
- Oversee and manage the Income Support Division (ISD) and Behavioral Services Division (BHSD) Grants.
How does it get done?
The Financial Analyst - Advanced is responsible for :
- Managing the financial reporting, reconciliation and federal reimbursement through the draw process;
- Timely and accurate submission of quarterly reports and related responsibilities such as federal fund draws;
- Preparing well-documented work papers for review internally by Administrative Services Division (ASD) and externally by our federal partners;
- Assisting internal and external personnel by responding to questions and issues.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has:
- 12 semester hours in accounting coursework;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Great customer service skills;
- Critical thinking ability, detail orientated and self-motivated;
- Proficiency using SHARE, Excel and Word.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and four (4) years of experience in accounting, finance, economics and/or statistical analysis. Substitutions Apply. See Substitution Table below.
