Job Description
We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to connect with current clients via phone and email. We're searching for someone friendly and detail-oriented. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients for a better user experience, fulfilling our client's service requests as they arrive, and scheduling clients for product reviews in our offerings to connect with our Sales Reps for scheduled appointments. You'll also need to keep a log of calls made daily. To excel in this role, you'll need to have a servant's heart and be willing to go the extra mile to offer 5-star service to help retain clients. We're excited to find experienced Customer Service Representatives to represent our company!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Ability to share work among a customer service team

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and courteous disposition.
- Persuasive and results-oriented.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, or similar will be advantageous.
