Job Description
We need a reliable and dependable person with a pleasant phone manner who has excellent communication skills to help take care of our customers and work with our associates. This detail-oriented person works in our Oil Delivery & Service Departments, scheduling and routing oil deliveries and service calls, updating customer records, processing paperwork and preparing reports, as well as other office and administrative tasks and duties. We will teach you to use our software. This person must be able to use PC's and various software packages including Excel and Word, and able to learn other software programs. They should possess a professional demeanor and excellent telephone voice, and an ability to work independently as well as in a team and be able to multi-task. Overtime is required in the winter.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required with a minimum of 1 years of experience in an office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
