Job Description
Candidates for this full-time position should possess the following:
-Clinical skills to include measuring weight, height/length, BP, heart rate, respiration, O2, finger/heel blood collection, venipuncture preferable, injections (IM and Subcutaneous), performing swabs for collecting samples for lab testing. Willingness to learn performance of laboratory procedures, Tympanograms, Spirometeries, nebulizer treatments, preparing lab samples to be sent to outside laboratories. Performing telephone triage. We are willing to train motivated candidates.
-Soft skills include excellent communication skills, positive attitude, ability to make patients/parents feel welcome, enjoy working with children, empathetic, attention to detail, ability to adhere to office policies, punctual, time management skills, team mentality, strong motivation to learn, have a team mentality and perform in a busy environment.
-Other: computer use, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ability to room patients, perform labs, stock and clean rooms efficiently and timely. Other duties as assigned.
