Overview
The ideal candidate will have a can-do positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and like operations. This individual will be upbeat and energetic and have an insane attention to detail. They will also possess the ability to read and understand engineered drawings, understand OSHA Safety Standards, NFPA, and NEC Codes. The below lists fundamentals of the job duties but is not limited to the following.
The Basics
- Establishes and maintains a high level of quality and timely installation/service to customers for maximum retention
- Plans, and implements all facets of the installation by working with project coordinator/s, support team, and client.
- Travel to job sites to ensure safe and proper practices by technicians of OSHA Standards, review the quality of installation work and ensure it is meeting company expectations.
- Communicating with clients is a must by sending out daily and/or weekly progress emails, as needed by project demands.
- Communicates current installation policies and procedures with the current technicians.
- Work with the sales team to provide feedback on new sales estimates and assist with scope designs, as needed.
- Communicate with upper management the progress of jobs and problems or issues to assist with better forming policies and procedures.
- Attendance of Project Management Meetings
- Required to keep track of inventory and P&L for Projects by Software. (Sedona Office)
- Manage invoices of subcontractors for accuracy
- Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents which include work orders, change orders, contracts, etc.
- Directly responsible for technicians, subcontractors' quality of work.
- Provide feedback on technician productivity, capabilities, and skill set.
- Establishes and maintains a high level of quality and timely installation/service to customers for maximum retention
- Create PO's, Stage Equipment for Jobs. Follow up on Orders/Programming of Equipment, As needed.
- Create Progress Billing for Projects, AIA billing, and final billing
- Scan and file documents.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License with Clean Driving Record
Ability to lift over 40 pounds
The ability to work independently or with a team is a must.
POSITIVE Can-Do Attitude and Ability to lead and inspire others a MUST
5+ Years in a Project Management Role, or Equivalent
2+ years in Security Experiences, Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
