Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the complete performance of the assigned
activities, making recommendations when processes or procedures can be expedited or improved for the benefit
of the company/clients. He/she works to ensure that duties are performed confidentially with attention to quality
and service within the timeframes established. He/she has knowledge of commonly used office/business
concepts, practices and procedures, and ensures assignments are completed promptly and accurately. The
complexity of assigned work is limited in scope but routine in nature and general duties are production oriented.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
3+ years administrative support experience
High School Diploma
College coursework, AA degree preferred
Technical certifications as necessary
Computer expertise
Good oral and written communication skill
