Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and forms
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, ensuring their needs are met
- Assist with office management tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and visitors
