Job Description
Busy glass company located in Downtown Brooklyn looking for a full-time Receptionist. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: answering phones, typing proposals, printing drawings, emailing, follow-ups, assisting our Estimator as well as all other office personnel. We are a small tight-knit office so everyone lends a hand when it is needed. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Construction experience is not necessary but you must have at least 3 years of clerical experience. Must have at least 3 years experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. QuickBooks experience is a plus. Candidate must be reliable. We are looking for someone long term. Must type at least 50 WPM. You will be tested on your typing during the interview process. Salary is based on your experience and will be discussed during the interview.
