Job Description
```Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating to management when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about hotel services, rates, and availability
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring guest preferences are met
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness and cleanliness
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hospitality or hotel management software is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
