Job Description

As a Master Data Coordinator, you will provide administrative, project and clerical support specifically related to global business data. You will maintain files, logs, and records of change documents as they relate to master data activities. Maintain information on computer systems and assists in expediting business processes. Uphold data standards and business processes.
- Completes data conversions related to acquisitions and ERP implementations
- Ensures data standards are followed for new and existing records per defined matrices and SOPs
- Maintains the Material Master, Vendor Master, Source of Supply, Purchasing Info Records, and Responsible Bill of Materials
- Seeks and applies resolutions to master data issues or processes, communicating audit results to the business as needed
- Reviews all request data for accuracy, as well as potential conflicts with existing data in SAP
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Capabilities
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially in Visio, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Education and Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with high data/request volume, and detailed data in a high-accuracy environment
- APICS certification and SAP experience in MM, WM, PP, and SD Modules preferred
Travel and/or Physical Requirements
- Travel < 10 %
