Job Description
```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure during busy periods
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
Skills:
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices to ensure customer safety
- Hospitality: Ability to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to create a positive customer experience
- Help: Willingness to assist customers with their inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally
- POS: Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems for order processing, payment handling, and inventory management
- Restaurant: Understanding of restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, menu items, and service procedures
- Food service: Experience in serving food to customers while maintaining quality standards and following health regulations
- Food handling: Ability to safely handle food products, including preparation, storage, and serving
- Banquet: Knowledge of banquet service procedures for special events or large gatherings
- Cash register: Proficiency in operating a cash register, processing payments accurately, and providing change efficiently
- Food industry: Familiarity with the overall workings of the food industry, including industry trends and customer preferences
