Job Description
Admissions Coordinator
Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments and screenings of potential residents
- Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for new residents
- Provide information and answer questions about our programs and services
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure appropriate placement of residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions and resident information
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvement initiatives
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Clinical knowledge regarding Skilled Nursing Facility admissions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer applications and electronic record keeping systems
