Job Description
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Video Security Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located in Westmont, the Video Security Supervisor is a critical role which leads the Video Security Center staff in monitoring the safety and security of Napleton properties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of Napleton Video Security Center maintaining a positive work environment.
- Lead employee recruitment, ongoing training, and performance management
- Manage team member scheduling and payroll submission
- Access control at various properties and review videos as requested
- Regulate fire and burglar alarms at Napleton various dealerships and locations
- Interaction with outside vendors (i.e., alarm companies, camera vendors, and contractors)
- Perform camera troubleshooting and maintenance
- Obtaining quotes for cameras, camera installation, alarm installation, etc.
- Set up camera system layout for dealership locations as needed
- Professionally interact with Dealership and Corporate personnel via phone, email and in person interactions
- Ordering office supplies and other equipment
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of Video Surveillance/Security Management experience
- Retail experience is a plus
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to travel locally to dealership locations
- Military or Veterans encourage to apply
