Looking for Motivated Customer Service Agents to Join Our Work From Home Call Center Team!

As a Customer Service Agent, your main responsibility will be on behalf of national charities, taking incoming calls from customers who are interested in learning more about services or scheduling appointments. You may also make outbound calls to customers needing to reschedule appointments or follow up on inquiries. Our custom-built CRM offers you all the tools necessary to deliver concierge level customer service on every call.
Here are requirements for the position:
- Submission of an updated resume showing your remote (work-from-home) customer service experience.
-At least two years of experience in providing excellent customer service in a remote (work-from-home) environment.
-At least two years of experience working in a CRM database, completing forms and/or, data entering call summaries. Experience in scheduling appointments is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Participation in a background check.
- Eligibility to work within the United States.
- Remote home workspace located within the United States.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
-Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Continuously improve your customer service skills through coaching and training, one-on-one feedback and available tools.
For this position, you will need:
- Internet with a minimum download speed of 200 kb/s.
- Chrome browser.
- Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11 or Apple Mac Monterey (No Chromebooks).
- Wired USB headset.
- Reliable high-speed internet access, connected with an ethernet cable. ***No wifi***.
- A quiet and dedicated home office space without interruptions or noise.
Available Schedule Details:
- New Employee Training starts Wednesday, 10/18/23.
- Full time, 32 hours and part time, 20 hours per week are available.
- All agents are required to work, at a minimum, 1-2 weekend days per month. Ability to work every Sunday is a plus.
- W-2 permanent position, pay through ADP, twice per month.
- Pay rate is $16.00 per hour to start, including your training period.
