Job Description
The Head of Physical Security for Citizens Bank is a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the Bank and is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and overseeing all physical security policies and procedures in compliance with the Bank's safety and security program. Some of the specific job duties would include security training for associates, maintaining all security systems, writing procedures, maintaining records, performing security checks and audits, responding to all security incidents, working with vendors, and more.
A background in either the banking industry or in security such as military, law enforcement, or other security roles is required. The ideal candidate for this job is a person with upstanding character who can maintain professionalism and confidentiality even in difficult situations. This position will work cooperatively with other teams, but also be expected to work with self-motivation independently. The ability to think quickly on your feet, evaluate situations, mitigate risk, and execute plans effectively is vital to the role.
This position is open to a qualified applicant located in any of our current markets across the state of Arkansas. We have locations in the Batesville, Little Rock, Fayetteville, Rogers, Hot Springs, Arkadelphia, and Monticello areas. The Head of Security will be expected to have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and the ability to travel to all market areas as needed.
