Job Title: Driver/Personal Assistant
Reports To: President of Lincoln Electric Product Co Inc
Job Type: Full-time and Onsite
Hours – 6:00 am -6:00 pm- May change as per the requirement of the President
Job Summary:
The Driver/Personal Assistant is a multi-faceted role that combines administrative, driver and personal support responsibilities.
This individual will be responsible for managing various tasks and providing assistance to President of Lincoln Electric Product Co.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving:
- Safely transport Executive to various locations, such as workplace, meetings, appointments, airports and errands.
- Must Be Able to Commute To New York and other locations as needed
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, organized and in good working condition.
- Properly maintaining vehicle paperwork.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations, prioritize safety.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver preferred.
- Excellent driving skills .
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal driver needs to be adaptable and responsive to the employer's needs, maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Maintaining personal hygiene is essential. personal grooming, regular showers, hair care, and maintaining a clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Stay Smoke-Free, Mandatory NO SMOKER Preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform vehicle inspections and handle loading/unloading tasks (if applicable)
2 Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the employer.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Perform research tasks and gather information as needed.
- Organizing and maintaining the employer's office space.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Manage all clerical responsibilities including paying bills and organizing personal files and documents.
3 Personal Assistance:
- Assist with personal errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and managing household tasks.
- Help organize personal belongings and spaces as required.
- Roll up your sleeves' mentality and work with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organizing and coordinating personal events, such as conferences, parties, or charitable functions.
- Occasionally accompanying the employer on business ; family trips or events to provide logistical support.
4 Organization and Time Management:
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the smooth operation of both professional and personal responsibilities.
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure they are met.
5 Additional Duties:
- May be required to handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the employer.
- Adapt to changing needs and assist in various projects and activities.
- Adapt and readiness for extended hours.
- Being polite, respectful, and professional.
- Address employer inquiries and concerns courteously.
- Assist in emergency situations.
- 24/7 availability if required.
- Strong management skills; Communication skills.
- Manage in-house activities as when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification may be preferred).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to use GPS navigation systems.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a personal assistant or driver.
- Strong skills OF MANAGEMENT
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
