Job Description
We are looking for a professional Practice Manager to coordinate and oversee our office’s day to day operations. The Practice Manager's role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization and to assist in the management of our growing staff (currently 1 Doctor, 2 NPs, approximately 18 staff in office, 5 virtual assistants). We have 2 additional physicians joining our practice this summer which will require oversight to help setup the office for their needs. The majority of the hours will be onsite, mainly in our Alpharetta and Cumming and Atlanta offices.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to...
- Manage staff concerns
- Improve flow/concerns in office
- Help decrease call-outs (i.e. incentives) and manage time-off.
- Hire, interview and recruit staff
- Work with Practice Physician to implement strategic planning
- Oversee revenue cycle
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Non-clinical staff training and development - coordinate with our back staff for training and development (ie, front desk & back staff meetings to keep up to date on practice parameters)
- Work with IT to ensure all staff members are connected at all locations and maintain all accessories are working properly (Card scanners, Printers, Phone lines)
- Work with ECW for any updates, roll out potential new programs (i.e. kiosk check-in, portal updates, etc.) and submit tickets for any technical issues with staff
Skills
- Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
- Previous experience in the healthcare office setting is required
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
