Job Description
Our Client, True You Weight Loss, is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant (Endoscopy) to join their Practice located in the Atlanta, GA area (Sandy Springs). This is a premier outpatient setting with daytime hours, Monday-Friday.

About The Role: Certified Nursing Assistant / Medical Assistant (Endoscopy)
Check-in patients and their caregivers, gather and confirm receipt of needed information and post-op medications and follow-up appointments, and provide timely and thorough updates to both staff and caregivers.
Measure and record vital signs and assist patients in completing initial intake questionnaire; gather, verify and enter all pertinent information.
Assist with scope cleaning and procedure room turnover.
Assist patients with dressing and transport to car after surgery.
Provide general administrative medical office support including greeting and directing patients, visitors and callers and maintaining a welcoming and professional presence and space.
Assist with ordering and organizing supplies, accepting and logging receipt of deliveries.
Contribute to process improvements by taking an active role in patient experiences and satisfaction
Your Expertise:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
ACTIVE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license for the state of GA or CMA / RMA Medical Assistant certification required.
Excellent customer service and patient care skills.
Proficient with Electronical Medical Record (EMR) systems, medical terminology, direct patient support, Microsoft Office, and basic office administrative skills.
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience to include working with patients in an outpatient or other patient care setting under the direct supervision of an advanced practice provider.
Endoscopy experience strongly preferred.
Background check required.
What We Offer:
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 7am-4pm; Thursday-Friday, 6am-3pm. Subject to change based on procedure day scheduling.
