Job Description
This role is to lead operations at our Fulfillment Center in Columbia, Maryland. This person must have an advanced understanding of processes and the importance of workflow with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. They must flourish in a production-oriented environment. The ability to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment is key. The selected individual must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and experience with Direct to Consumer, E-Commerce, and traditional distribution is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 20+ associates in the Fulfillment Center.
Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans to meet all customer SLAs within budget.
Develop, coach and mentor team for future advancement.
Set clear performance expectations and give appropriate recognition and feedback for performance.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Continue to improve warehouse systems knowledge and competencies for yourself and your team.
Communicate department expectations.
Monitor process performance and develop and implement process improvements.
All other duties as assigned by Site Leader.
