Job Description

Key Details:
Compensation: $15-$17/ hour, DOE
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: August 31, 2023, with the possibility of extending depending on workload and technician availability
Location: Cheyenne or Laramie, WY
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be:
Self-driven and motivated who can work well independently as well as in team environments.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and strong organizational skills, and some college courses.
Essential Responsibilities:
Enter biological data in to MS SQL, MS Excel, Arc-GIS/QGIS, or others as needed.
Various filing, scanning, archiving of datasheets.
Work cooperatively with and under direction of the tracking & data team personnel.
Other duties as appropriate and assigned.
As experience grows:
Participate in more complex data entry,
Learn data QAQC procedures.

Be capable of appearing for work on time as scheduled.

Understand how to use Google chats and Google calendar.

Physical Requirements:
Sitting for long periods of time.
After an offer of employment is made, the candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and a DMV records check that meets WEST’s minimum criteria to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of the company. A valid driver’s license will be required. Candidates must adhere to all health and safety requirements.
